Tony Bennae Richard, a service disabled veteran, is an Organizational Development and Change Practitioner, Trainer, and Activist who served the United States Navy for twenty-four years. After proudly serving as a hospital corpsman and Naval Officer, including extensive service with the US Marine Corps, he held many positions within the Navy including Senior Consultant, Naval Medical Center for Organization Development, Bethesda Maryland; Director for Primary Care, US Naval Hospital Guam; Director for Administration and Senior Equal Opportunity Advisor to the Senior Executive, US Naval Dental Center Guam; Officer In Charge, Ambulatory Care Clinic, Lakehurst, and guest leadership Instructor, U.S. Navy Officer Indoctrination, Newport, Rhode Island.
Tony earned a B.S. from Southern Illinois University and his M.Ed. and M.S. from Cheney University of Pennsylvania, and has continues his education through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, the Center for Human Development, the Rockwood Institute, the Institute for Cultural Affairs, Landmark Education and post grad studies at the Fielding Graduate University.
