The building of more effective teams includes well-structured meetings, informed decision-making, and clarity in communications to achieve organization goals.


ICG meets with organization leaders to ascertain values, objectives and outcomes; with team leaders to assess the current state; and with team members to gather data and begin implementation. We observe team meetings and provide feedback, analysis, action planning, project design, evaluation, and follow-up. When a workshop is the appropriate vehicle for knowledge transfer and application, ICG works with team leaders to design workshops ideally suited drive successful outputs. The result is stronger teams, composed of more effective employees, which naturally translates to greater success in meeting strategic goals.
